When you use our intelligent planting machine products, such as VertiGreen, we will collect the following product-specific data:

(A) Information You Provide:

(a) Images and Video Content: When you actively use camera-related features, such as viewing plant growth, capturing images, or generating time-lapse videos, you may provide or generate visual content through the device. You may also choose to download or share such content externally. You retain ownership of your content. By using these features, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display such content solely to provide the Service. We will not make your content that you have not actively shared publicly available without your explicit consent. Such unshared content will remain private and will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service

(B) Information Automatically Collected:

(a) Camera Data: Certain devices may include cameras used to monitor plant growth and environmental conditions. These cameras may capture Plant images: Depending on where You place our Product, it is possible that these cameras may capture certain Personal Information such as pictures of You and Your family, the inside of Your home, and other information. We do not intend to capture this information, and we recommend that our Product be placed in a location that will avoid unintentional capture of personal or sensitive photos. We do not use camera data for facial recognition or biometric identification.

(b) Incidental Personal Information: Depending on where you place the Product, cameras may unintentionally capture certain Personal Information, such as images of you, your family members, or the interior of your home. We do not intend to collect such information and recommend that you position the device to minimize unintended capture.

(c) Device operational data: such as device status and operational data generated during your use of our intelligent planting machine products, including lighting settings such as brightness, spectrum, duration, watering status; history, duration; ventilation status ;environmental conditions: water temperature, indoor temperature and humidity; water tank and nutrient levels; operating modes; plant status indicators; device identifiers; network status ,Wi-Fi connection; system time; and device alerts or error codes, etc.

Your device data, images, and user-generated content may be stored on cloud infrastructure to enable synchronization, backup, and remote access. We do not use camera data for facial recognition or biometric identification purposes.

In connection with your use of our App and Mavi Smart Assistant, we will collect the following product-specific data:

(A) Information You Provide: When you use our App and AI assistant services, we provide you with dialogue and interaction services based on artificial intelligence technologies. You may send us text, images, commands, or other content through the App, including plant images for analysis and related input content. Our App may also collect your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, IP address, home address, as well as information about the device you use to access the App (e.g: model, and operating system). We will automatically receive and process the above information to generate responses and recommendations, provide plant analysis, and enhance product functionality. Please note that in order to provide AI services, your inputs may be transmitted to and processed on cloud-based servers. Images may be temporarily stored or saved in your account for history tracking. We do not use your personal content to train generalized AI models for unrelated purposes without your consent.

(B) Device operational data: such as device and usage data, AI feature usage data (e.g., number of interactions, commands, or analyses), related environmental and device data, and user settings data, which are used to optimize AI performance, improve accuracy, and enhance user experience and product functionality.

AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional or agricultural advice. Our Services may include image recognition features that allow you to capture or upload images of plants for analysis. We do not intentionally use these images to identify individuals or collect biometric data.

f. To Evaluate and Improve our Customer Service

We may use this information to ensure we are providing the highest level of customer service, and to identify any potential gaps or potential improvements to the same. Customer service may be provided through various forms of communication, such as email correspondence and call center support.

i. In Order to Respond from Requests from You

If You have requested further information or in any other way requested that we contact You, we will use Your Personal Information to respond to such a request.

Such information may be associated with your account and may be stored and processed on our servers to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

2. INFORMATION OBTAINED AUTOMATICALLY

5. REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATIONN

In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must complete the registration form.
