MAYGROVE provides a connected plant-growing experience through its plant-growing devices, related products, artificial intelligence features, device camera functionalities, cloud-based services, subscriptions, content, and features available via the Website, mobile applications (the “Apps”), and other digital or device-based platforms (collectively, the “MAYGROVE Service” or the “Services”).
To make these Terms easier to read, the Website, Apps, AI assistant features, device-integrated functionalities, cloud services, subscriptions, and all related offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services”.
By accessing or using the Services, purchasing a MAYGROVE product, registering for an account, or otherwise interacting with the Services in any way, you (“you” or the “user”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which, together with MAYGROVE’s Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Subscription Terms, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference, form a legally binding agreement between you and MAYGROVE. Access to your account will be granted via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered contact method. You may have the option to link your MAYGROVE account with other third-party accounts for convenience, subject to those third parties’ terms and privacy policies.
Any and all content, data, graphics, photographs, images, audio, video, software, systems, processes, trademarks, trade names and other information including without limitation, the "look and feel" of the Websites (collectively, the "content") are proprietary to MAYGROVE or third-party licensors. The content is protected by Canadian, United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take any actions we deem necessary and appropriate to preserve the integrity of the Services.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Device Control and Communication. Our Services allow you to send instructions (e.g., selected plant profile, desired humidity) from the App to your MAYGROVE device. The device will automatically adjust its settings based on your instructions and may send operational results or notifications back to the App. You are solely responsible for the instructions you send. MAYGROVE is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your configuration or the device’s autonomous execution of those commands.
The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
AI Assistant & Chatbot. Our Services may include an AI-powered assistant or chatbot to provide information, suggestions, or answer questions. Such AI-generated content is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (horticultural, legal, or otherwise). MAYGROVE does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Your reliance on such information is at your own risk.
Prices for our products and subscriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

USER SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND MAYGROVE SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR (1) PROPERLY DISPOSING OF WASTE, PLANTS, AND OTHER MATERIALS; (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR FROM EATING PRODUCE GROWN ON MAYGROVE DEVICES; (3) FUNGI, ALGAE, BIOFILM, BACTERIA, OR OTHER BIOLOGICAL GROWTH THAT MAY DEVELOP FROM USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. USER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES COMPLIES WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Camera, Cloud Sharing, and Time-Lapse Features. Our Services allow you to capture images and video via the device's camera, synchronize them to the cloud, generate time-lapse videos, and share them. By using these features, you grant MAYGROVE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, transferable royalty-free license and right to use, copy, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display, edit, modify, and make derivative works from your captured content for the purpose of providing, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any content you upload or share, and that such content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party . You are solely responsible for any content you capture, upload, or share.
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
