MayPod is an all-in-one, soil-free seed pod designed exclusively for the Maygrove system — Drop a MayPod, Watch it grow. Each MayPod combines non-GMO seeds with a nutrient-rich, biodegradable growing medium, providing the ideal root environment for fast germination and robust growth. Tailor-made to fit seamlessly into the Maygrove AI GrowBot, it's simple, clean, and eco-friendly.

Seed Credits are Maygrove's flexible seed currency. You can redeem them whenever you want for the seeds you prefer. Think of it as your prepaid seed balance for Maygrove, easily trackable and ready to use anytime.

How to Earn Seed Credits

1. Seed Refill Bundles: Purchase a Refill Bundle to lock in discounted credits for future redemptions.
2. Account Sign-Up & Newsletter: New users receive Free Seed Credits + an exclusive discount code upon registering and subscribing to emails.
3. Review Rewards: Share your experience with Maygrove! Submit a product review for your AI GrowBot on our official website to earn 10 Seed Credits. Positive or critical, we value your genuine feedback. (Valid per order containing a Maygrove AI GrowBot device.)
4. Referral Recommendation Reward: Help friends grow fresh produce smarter at home. Refer a purchase of the Maygrove Growing System and earn Seed Credits as our thank-you.
5. Germination Guarantee: If eligible seeds fail to germinate within the specified timeframe, Maygrove provides credit compensation.
6. Maygrove Community Events: Extra Seed Credits may be rewarded through future in-app community activities.

5. Using Seed Credits

Seed Credits can be redeemed for Single MayPods, Vining MayPod Packs, and Variety MayPod Packs.

• Split Payment Support: You can combine Seed Credits and regular online payment in a single order (e.g., Order 1 × 12-Pod Variety Pack + 10 Single MayPods → Redeem 10 Credits for the Variety Pack and pay $19.90 for the single pods. This qualifies for free shipping over $39).
• Full Item Redemption Required: Credits must cover the full cost of an item (e.g., a 12-Pod Variety Pack requires 10 Credits; partial credit + cash combinations for a single item are not supported).
• Redemption Limits: Seed Credits cannot be redeemed for hardware or accessories.

6. Seed Credit Rules

• 18-Month Validity (540-day): Seed Credits are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. Maygrove provides care reminders in the app to encourage timely planting and harvesting.
• Usage Limits: Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-resellable, cannot be gifted to other accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Germination Guarantee

Maygrove is committed to your growing success. If your seeds fail to germinate after 21 days under proper storage and care, you can submit a claim within 21 to 90 days after receiving your order (limit 1 replacement per seed location).

For faster service, greater seed selection, and reduced shipping waste, approved claims are compensated via Seed Credits added to your account for future purchases rather than sending physical replacements or cash refunds.

How to Claim: Submit a request via the Order History page or email support@maygrove.com. You may be asked to provide brief details. Maygrove reserves the right to review and deny claims in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

8. Seed Credit Refill Bundles

Maygrove offers two refill options designed for different garden sizes. Buy MayPods directly or choose a credit bundle for maximum savings and flexibility.

First-Time Maygrove AI GrowBot Purchase Perk: Add a Seed Refill Bundle to your Maygrove system order and receive an EXTRA 10% Seed Credits for FREE.

Important: The extra 10% bonus applies ONLY when purchased in the same order as the GrowBot system. Post-purchase bundle orders do not qualify, and the limit is 1 bonus bundle per GrowBot unit.

9. Refill Bundle Refund Policy

Seed Credit Refill Bundles are refundable ONLY if:

• 100% Unused: Zero credits or voucher perks have been redeemed.

Once any credit or benefit has been used, the bundle becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
